Cuisine out of nature and hospitality served with wine – this is our motto to inspire and enchant our guests. Gourmet restaurant, filled with fresh bread and coffee aroma in the morning, offers also vital buffets in the afternoon and an exclusive 5-course Gourmet menu in the evening. The ballroom is the place where music and the concerts have their rule, sometimes stepping aside for the occasional ball event. Our restaurant offers 40 places and is at our guests disposal.
The freshness and unique nature of ProHarmonia cuisine is present in every meal – during the breakfast on the terrace, 5-course candle-lid dinner in the ballroom or winter grill at the mountain slope. Traditional tastes, overseas specialties, Italian lightness and French refinement meet together with Asian aromas and Alpine fondue. The menu changes every evening, offering a royal feast even for the most delicate and subtle tastes. Vital Menu is our proposition for the guest who are constantly working on their fitness and their diet harmony, the meal is composed according to the 5 elements and in accordance to the time of year.
Our hotel guests can enjoy it as they wish, as it is included in our Wellinclusive package. We also invite visiting guests and the people of Kotlina Klodzka to visit our restaurant for the family breakfast, themed candle-lid dinner or an anniversary. We also invite our guest to the Decanter, that offers an ever-surprising Chef’s menu, that pleases the tastes of the most refined gourmets and connoisseurs.
